Terms and conditions


1-The GleamX Cleaning will confirm the final cost with the Client, and payment must be done before the work begins.
2- Additional charges will apply for multi-story, double-story, or large properties.
3- Properties in poor condition or carpets with stains will incur extra costs.
4- Furnished properties or appliances left for cleaning will incur extra fees.
5- For light fittings, fly screens, or other.
6- items requiring removal for cleaning, they must be reasonably easy to detach and reinstall.
7- Properties in extremely poor condition may require extra time and labor for completion, an extra charge for heavily soiled cleaning will be applied accordingly.
8- Window furnishings such as blinds and curtains are not included in this package’s price.
9- Wall cleaning is limited to light marks and dirt. Wall washing will incur extra charge, and ceilings are excluded.
10- Outdoor areas are excluded for this package except for windows.
11- Floor and wall tile grout cleaning is included but please note that it may not bepossible to restore the grout to its original as new color
12-Cleaning of ceiling fans and standard light fittings is included; however, we cannot clean downlights or other light fittings that require unscrewing or are difficult to remove unless they are taken down first.

Guaranteed Satisfaction

If the customer is not happy with our service, customers must send their report of concerns within 48 hours after service completion. Once we receive the report, we will send our cleaners for rectification.

Cancellation notice

Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. For cancellations made on the service day, a $50 fee will be charged to hold the spot in our booking system. If our team has already arrived at the job site and the booking GleamX Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is canceled, GleamX Cleaning will charge the full-service amount to cover team and service costs.

Unsafe working place

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the job site is safe for our team. If the propertyis unsafe or possess risk, our team reserves the right to refuse the job and leave foreveryone’s safety. In such cases, a $100 booking fee will apply to cover system holding andour team compensation.
